A Little Kitchen Garden in the Big City
So this marks the beginning of the online documentation of what's going on in my garden and my kitchen. Unfortunately I thought of starting this halfway through the season so it will be a bit incomplete right now, but over the years I hope to have an online version of what I have been previously documenting in journal form. Here I hope to keep track of how things go in my garden in terms of growth, yields, what does well and what fails miserably. I will also update about my efforts to preserve every part of my harvest that doesn't get eaten fresh. It's not wartime in the 40s, but "waste not, want not" is a great catchphrase for some very important values.
